Description: Colonies with branches divided in nodes of gorgonin and internodes of solid calcium carbonate. Branching from internodes. Branching bushy or planar. Coenenchyme thick. Polyps retractile. Colour of colonies yellow, green. Sclerites of surface layer are clubs. Interior with capstans and spindles. Polyps unarmed or with a few tiny rods. Zooxanthellae present.

Habitat: Reef.

Range: Tropical Indo-Pacific
