Description: Colonies arborescent, one species with flattened branches, the other with leaf-like branches. Polyps retractile into edges of the flattened branches or on both sides of the leaf-like branches. Colour greyish, brownish. Surface layer with tuberculated spindles, internal layer with spiny rods. Zooxanthellae present.
Habitat: In shady regions of the reef or deeper water.
Range: Australia, Indonesia.
